- Grind beans just before brewing:
- Coarse for coffee press
- Medium for automatic drip
- Measure 2 tbsp (10 g) ground coffee for every 6 fl oz (180 ml) water.
To help preserve that fresh flavor, keep this bag sealed tight in a cabinet (not in the refrigerator) and brew within a week of opening.
When we created this special coffee in 1996 to celebrate our 25th year, we challenged our tasters and roasters to convey our love of coffee—the sourcing, blending and roasting of it—in one distinctive blend. This coffee sums it all up. It’s big, bold and back for a limited time.

Starbucks® Anniversary Blend
Complex, sturdy and full-bodied, this blend of Asia/Pacific coffees features something extremely rare—aged Sumatran beans. By aging, we don't mean ignoring the beans for 3-5 years. We turned the 130-pound burlap sacks by hand and tasted the coffee every few months. And when it developed a big, bold flavor with a heavy, syrupy body and cedary spice notes, we selected it for this singular blend. So enjoy, it's truly one of a kind.
